The journey begins with understanding your vision.
Once you share your design ideas, reference images, branding guidelines, or concepts, our team carefully reviews all requirements including fabric type, sizing, printing or embroidery method, quantities, and timelines.
To lock your order and initiate the design phase, we collect the first 25% payment. This confirms your production slot and allows our designers and technical team to begin working exclusively on your project.
What happens in this stage:
After locking the order, our creative team develops detailed mockups and technical specifications (Tech Packs). These include design placement, measurements, stitching details, colors, prints, labels, and finishing instructions—everything needed to bring your apparel to life accurately.
We share these visuals with you for review and feedback. Adjustments are made until you’re fully satisfied.
Once the mockups and tech pack are approved, the second 25% payment is collected to move into physical production.

Before starting bulk manufacturing, we believe in “sample first, bulk later.”
Our team produces a physical sample based exactly on the approved mockups and tech pack. This step ensures that fabric quality, fit, printing, embroidery, stitching, and finishing meet your expectations.
We share sample visuals and videos with you, and if needed, minor refinements are made. Only after your final sample approval do we proceed further.
At this point, the third 25% payment is collected to initiate bulk production.
What happens here:

Once the sample is approved, we move confidently into bulk manufacturing. Throughout production, we keep you updated with real-time visuals, progress images, and videos so you stay aligned with every stage of your order.
After production, all items go through quality control checks, followed by professional packing to ensure safe delivery.
When your order is fully packed and ready for shipment, we request the final 25% payment. Upon completion, the order is dispatched with delivery details shared promptly.
